A wedding is all about coming together at the table.
Our recipes come from the family. Tajine, couscous and briouats the way they are made at home, with sauces, broth and a spice blend we still make ourselves.
Everything is 100% halal. You choose a fully tailored menu, or a selection from our own range. Many dishes can also be made vegetarian.

We look at your enquiry personally and put the menu together with you: fully tailored, or from our own street food range.

We cook on site
The truck pulls up and we cook fresh, right at your venue. All you have to do is celebrate.
In Moerkerke we cooked for a wedding between the marquees, with guests dancing in the evening sun.
Is everything halal?
Yes. Our kitchen is 100% halal, for every dish and at every event.
Can you cook vegetarian?
Yes, many dishes can be made vegetarian: from vegetable tajine to mezze and sharing boards. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll take it into account in the menu.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the more choice. We have one truck, so every date can only be booked once. Check your date as soon as it's set.
